    Free Audio Extractor, Extract audio from video, Convert AVI to MP3, WMV to MP3, MPEG to WAV AC3

    was the most obvious one that i came across, also viruadub lets you separate the audio i think

    I think you'll find Moviemaker will let you export audio only.

    ffmpeg is the best in Linux. If you need to convert anything to anything, videos, pictures, audio... just can't beat it, works from the command line.

    SUPER uses ffmpeg so if you're using Windows it gets my vote.
