    How much should I expect to pay for a HD Widescreen projector? Anyone recommend any they have used before?

    There are lots of HD projectors out there. Realistically you're looking at £1000-£1500 for anything decent. It's all down to resolutions mainly.

    Hello the acer H5350 projector is a very good HD projector but it is currently out of stock are you looking for something soon? I'll look into other options for you and get back to you.

    I would be wanting proper "true" hd 1920x1080p or whatever it is. And a decent amount of lumens.

    This one looks good, a little out my price range though

    This one looks good, a little out my price range though
    For that kind of price (if you were looking to buy something like that), you'd be better of buying a 50"+ HD 1080p screen. I doubt many projectors will be sold at that price

    Cheers simon but it would be a full resoultion 1920x1080p we'd be looking for.

    Not looking to order one any time soon, still trying to get a feel for prices etc just now

    It can do 1080p.

    I'm not sure when 720p native became 1080p - but hopefully my 32" LCD has heard about this and upgraded itself before I get home!

    Its native res is 720p meaning it may be able to "do" 1080p but it will be downscaled which im guessing is what RabbieBurns wants to avoid.
