Can anybody recommend a projector installation company based near Sunderland/Durham.
We are wanting somone who can just install the projector, rather than supply and fit.
thanks,

We've used GV Multimedia before, no complaints. Regional number is 01642 240770.

We are based in Durham, and i've used these before in the past.

I purchased the projector cheaper then they could and gave it to them to install once they got on site.

We have fitters all over the UK and would be more than happy to supply you with a very competitive quotation , send me your details by pm and I'll get straight on it ,
We have previously used Advantex and KBR Ltd. They both seem okay but I personally wud have used a different installtion set-up to what they used.
I'd always advocate for DIY if you have the time and a nice caretaker that will fit the projector bracket for you. This is because we once had a system installed that used Cat5 senders and it was useless. So we ripped it out and just used a 15 goot VGA cable and a VGA splitter w/signal booster. Best installation we have.:D

I am not saying doing in house is a bad move - but I tend to be wary about this sort of thing especially if the projector was to come down on someones head.
I would rather get an outside company in to do it, but they is nothing saying that they will do as good a job as through an inhouse team.
That's a valid point and it's why I don't personally fit the brackets but a caretaker or the equivalent (if not a school) should be more than capable to do so without injuring anybody.
Back to my main point though, Advantex and KBR are worth a look at. Plus I think I'm right in saying that Aceda did our wireless setup, their customer service has been quite good.
