We have MagicInfo Pro with 2 normal screens and a 2x2 videowall in the coffee shop area in college - along with a dedicated machine to set up the schedules.
However (if you've used magicinfo pro before) you have the blue screen icons with the clock to say they're online under network in the screens menu, but ours keep changing to grey every 20-30 seconds for about 10 seconds or so then they come back, only issue is when trying to publish schedules they keep showing 'Not Connected' which results in trying to press publish several times just to get the schedule pushed out to the screens.
Any ideas? I can't seem to find any documentation at all for this 'not connected' issue..
