    IWB setups for EYFS pupils

We've currently got wall mounted 64" promethan setups in our nursery classes, they're mounted as low as they could be without being hazard (2 have ultra-short throw projectors) but they'd now like them to be variable so that the pupils could use them more.

Its also been mentioned that due to lack of pen control the prometheans aren't ideal so converting them to variable setups probably isn't going to help a huge amount and would probably still cost the earth. I'm gathering quotes for a full smart setup and also looking into LCD touch screens.

What setups has everyone else got in their Nursery's?

We have 50"- 55" touchscreens in our 4 nursery classrooms. The teachers and kids love them. We did originally put two on height adjustable mounts, but to be honest the height never really changed, so the later two were just mounted straight onto the wall.

Make sure though if you go for touchscreens to get a decent warranty on them. Preferably a swap out on site if possible. We had one unit go down and it took almost three weeks for it to get returned and we just had a lovely mount on a wall.
