Because I have a background of being involved in discussions around data protection I sometimes get a prod about online storage and web 2.0 tools. Over the last 6 months I have had quite a few over online storage options, but I have never really stuck down on (electronic) paper what my concerns are and why I have them. There are a few concerns I have, some centre around ownership of files and data, some around data protection and some around management of the tools. ...

EduGeek is looking to put together a user panel made up of you, our users. The goal of the panel is to try and ensure all the upcoming tweaks/changes to the site are actually to the benefit of all. The panel will also be asked questions about colour schemes and general thoughts on the future features to try and make sure we are heading down the correct path with EduGeek. Some of these ideas will go to public poll too if they are big issues but initially the panel will be able to give first thoughts.
While on the panel you will also get early access to new features for comment as well as site layout changes.
