anyone else not able to connect to OCR on A2C software today?
OCR have acknowledged that they are experiencing connectivity issues this morning. Urgent investigations are currently in progress and we are doing everything we can to assist them.
Current advice is to use your existing EDI carrier or OCR Interchange to download results as they will still be available using this route.
We started having issues last night after installing the software, very helpful guys at OCR said to email them a capture of the error and they will investigate.
As recommended we downloaded results using EDI and all is well.
Aye, everything else was fine but OCR fell over - going via the old RM SecureNet was fine though.
I suppose that's why they're having a migration period, to find these things out...!
