It's the same on Windows. The default is to allow unlimited instances of VLC.

I have a batch file I converted to an EXE, which does exactly what I want it to.
HOWEVER... It's ALWAYS flagged as a virus. [Win32:Trojan-Gen]
I don't know - I figured I don't know anything much about other networking features, so I might just as well start with OpenFlow as anything else.
